There are 2 apartments on the left, 2 in the middle and 2 on the right; there are entrance doors to each apartment from this fire escape; the middle 2 apts are rented out; the ones on the right were in the photos above; and the left 2 apts are the ones that need complete rehab - an their pictures follow--
the door on the ground floor in the middle of the shot is to a stairwell that also accesses the apartments, but it is dark and not used

2nd floor front apt- facing albany street- needs complete rehab- but it is a nice 3 bedroom

skylight was the source of a leak- it was covered over with drop tiles -besides the paint and board- that are in every apt
